Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide.
All orders processed over our Website Shop are processed within a week unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email and shipped from Basel, Switzerland with Swiss Mail Post without tracking number.
Custom orders can be placed via Custom Paper Form and an estimated delivery date will be provided based on the quantity and manufacturing efforts.
Once the goods are shipped you will receive a notification email.
Delivery times are given as precisely as possible. However, these are based on experience and are non-binding. Delivery dates can change under certain circumstances. In no case do delays in delivery justify claims for damages or the right to withdraw from the contract.
Shipping Costs:

Domestic (Switzerland) - small letter 3.5 CHF, medium letter 5.5 CHF (up to 2cm thick), parcel 12 CHF (up to 10kg)

EU - 11 CHF (<500g), 14 CHF (<1kg), 25 CHF (<2kg), 35 CHF (<5kg)

Other countries: 20 CHF (<500g), 32 CHF (<1kg), 45 CHF (<2kg), 58 CHF (<5kg)

Export and Import Regulations:
Lumea Paper & Folk is not responsible for any custom clearance fees or VAT in your country. Please note Switzerland is not an EU Member.
Each Party acknowledges its respective obligation to comply fully with applicable Export and Import Control Regulations in connection with the performance of this agreement. Please be aware that when purchasing to a country other than Switzerland, local taxes may be applied during import in the recipients country. The responsibility of which falls to the recipient.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and returns of goods are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. The goods must be returned to Lumea Paper & Folk in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns can only be made if the goods are in perfect condition and as good as new. A receipt or a copy of the invoice must be enclosed.
Custom ordered items and quantities, are excluded from the right of return.
In the case of returns of parcels and freight forwarded goods, they are returned at the customer's expense and risk. Please contact us for exact return address by filling in the Contact Form or at hello@lumeapaperandfolk.com.
