The paper available in my online shop represents the current stock I have, all set and ready to be shipped to you. Although I'm constantly crafting fresh batches of handmade paper, which I regularly add to my shop, I'm also excited at the prospect of creating something unique just for you.

Before you submit a custom order request, there are a few important details to consider:

• All of my goods are meticulously crafted by hand, resulting in subtle variations such as paper dimensions, colors, texture, and embellishment positioning. Please note that colors may appear differently on-screen compared to the actual paper. Both the paper making and coloring processes are manual, so there might be slight differences in colors, shapes, sizes, and impressions between sheets and the samples displayed in the studio. I strive to match colors as closely as possible to Pantone or agreed digital colors, but there could be minor variations. While I make every effort to accurately display the goods, occasional discrepancies can occur, which do not constitute a fault or warrant a refund.

• I can customize sizes up to A4 (European size, 210 x 298 mm) for your specific needs. I hope to accommodate larger sizes in the future, but for now, this is the maximum size available.

• If you require a larger volume of a specific size already available in my shop, you can use the existing prices as a reference. For any custom dimensions smaller than A4, I will provide a separate price quote based on the size and level of effort involved. I always strive to offer reasonable pricing for each project.

• Please note that for every new size requested, a new mould and deckle tool must be created, incurring an additional fixed fee of 100 CHF. This fee is one-time, meaning if you've ordered the same size in the past and I already have the mould and deckle created, there won't be an additional charge. Below, you can find the current list of sizes I can produce without this extra fee. I will update this list over time with new sizes as I create them.

• Starting a new batch involves considerable effort, so I only accept custom orders for quantities of 100 items of the same size and color. Unfortunately, I do not offer samples of custom colors.

• A typical custom order takes about 3-4 weeks to produce. If you know my paper will be perfect for your project or event, please reach out to me as soon as possible. Sharing your deadline with me would be greatly appreciated, and I will do my best to produce the paper within your timeframe.

• Creating handmade paper brings me pure joy, and I am committed to maintaining a focus on quality over quantity. While I am more than happy to work on larger orders, if you are seeking a provider capable of producing hundreds or thousands of handmade paper sheets regularly, Lumea Paper & Folk may not be the right fit.
